Include your account details
In the email, include the email address registered to your account
so we can locate and verify it. We may ask a brief verification question for security.

We process your request
We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete
the deletion within 7 days of verification.

Confirmation sent
You will receive a confirmation email once your account and personal data
have been permanently deleted.
What gets deleted
Data Deleted Upon Request
When your account deletion is processed, we permanently delete:
- Your account credentials — email address and password hash
- Your personal profile — name, phone number, and saved delivery addresses
- Your device tokens used for push notifications
- Any preferences or settings associated with your account
- Your active session data — you will be signed out of all devices
What may be retained
Data We May Retain Temporarily
Certain data may be retained after account deletion for a limited period due to
legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or operational requirements:

Order and transaction records — retained for up to
7 years to comply with Irish Revenue and VAT accounting obligations.
These records are anonymised where possible.

Payment references — Stripe transaction IDs may be retained for
chargeback and dispute resolution purposes.

Fraud prevention data — if your account was involved in a suspected
fraud investigation, relevant data may be retained for the duration of that investigation.

Legal holds — if we are required by law or court order to preserve
certain data, we will do so for the legally required period.
Retained data is held securely, is not used for marketing or profiling,
and is deleted as soon as the legal or operational retention period expires.
Important to know
Before You Delete
⚠️
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account
is deleted, you will not be able to recover your order history, saved addresses,
or any other account data. You would need to create a new account to use our service again.
Please make sure you:
- Have no pending or outstanding orders that need to be resolved
- Have received any outstanding refunds before requesting deletion
- No longer need access to your order history through the app
